  • Can I reserve my books?
    Yes, that's possible. We are there for you from Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM. You can reach us by chat and email. Please visit our contact page.
  • Do you ship to my country?
    Yes, we deliver our books worldwide.
  • Do you keep track of my payment details?
    No. You pay via a highly secure connection from the payment partner PayPal, Google Play and Credit/Debit Card. They automatically redirect you to the secure payment page of your own bank or credit card company.
  • How can I track the status of my order?
    Your book(s) are set to ship within 2-3 business days, and you'll get a friendly email notification automatically. While we can't provide a tracking option, don't worry. If your book doesn't arrive after 25 business days, give us a shout through chat or email, and we'll sort it out for you!
  • How do I create an account?
    During checkout, you'll find it super easy to do this—it's pretty self-explanatory! But creating an account is totally optional. If you prefer, you can simply place your order as a guest. Either way, we're here to make things as smooth as possible for you!
  • Will my items be delivered in one package?
    We do our best to make sure your books arrive in a single package whenever we can, and it usually works out that way. This is almost always the case. In the rare instance where one of your books is temporarily out of stock, we will send the remaining books to you.
  • How can I pay?
    You pay via a highly secure connection and you can choose from an extensive number of payment options via PayPal, Google Play or Credit/Debit card.
  • How do I change my shipping address?
    If you have created an account when ordering, you can easily adjust this in your account page. You can also send us a message via chat, or email. Please state your order number and the new address. We will adjusted for you immediately!
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Expect your in-stock items to reach you within 7-25 business days, depending on your location. Orders received Monday to Sunday before 11PM will usually be processed on the same day and scheduled to ship in 2-3 business days. Keep in mind that during bank holiday periods, dispatch for orders may take a bit longer, but we're working hard to get your items to you as swiftly as possible!

  • My orders arrived damaged
    Fortunately, this almost never happens. Yet it can always happen at some point. Send us a message via chat, or email and we will immediately send a new one to you.

  • How should I return?
    Returns are no problem. If the book is in unread and re-sellable condition. You must register your return via info@obeliskboeken.nl To ensure that we can accept the return, we advise you to send a photo of the book to this email address. In the photo we like to see the book lying on the table photographed on the short sight. This tells us wether the book is unread.   • Guarantee
    We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that a book is damaged during shipping or that something else happens that means you can make a claim under the warranty. You can report to us within 48 hours of receiving the books, so we can resolve it for you, and we like to do that, because we are happy with satisfied readers!
  • Complaints
    It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@obeliskboeken.nl
